Are your bags authentic?

100%. We guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and has been checked prior to being sold on our platforms.

How can I track my order?

All orders will be sent via recorded post using Royal Mail (for small to medium size items) or Parcelforce/DHL for larger items. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will package it and ship it within 3 working days. You should receive it within 2-3 working days depending on your location.

If you require your item urgently please let us know and we will send it on the same day if the order is placed by 12pm, or the next working day if placed after 12pm. Or, if you are based within 10 miles of London we can hand-deliver your item to your address.

Can I cancel/return my item?

Each pre-loved item undergoes a thorough quality, condition and authenticity inspection but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us for a refund. The item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was sent and within 14 days of delivery. All refunds must comply with the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned unworn with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • If an item has a Luxe & Beyond tag attached it must be returned with the tag which has not been tampered with, removed or destroyed in any way.

Do you accept international currencies?

Yes! We accept all currencies but if you are placing an order from outside of the United Kingdom please check your currency’s conversion rate before placing your order.

Will I need to pay import taxes and duties?

United Kingdom orders - No

European countries - European countries - Your purchase may be subject to local import taxes or custom duties. We will provide the courier with all require shipping information to enable the import taxes or custom duties to be calculated. We are not liable for delays in orders due to custom clearance issues and processing times at the final destination of your item.
